Do you ship Internationally?
We work with many international companies and will use the best method you provide us to ship your order.
Do you create the artwork?
YES! and, Create-A-Card, Inc. includes all custom designed artwork in our pricing.
How do I pay for my order?
Once your order is taken, our policy is to send you a credit card form to fill out, sign and return. Since all artwork is custom, we require full payment before a proof is sent out. We take Amex, Mastercard, Visa, & Discover.
Can I place my order online?
Since all orders are custom, once we receive your call or email, you will be assigned a marketing expert who will work with you in processing your order
Will I be able to see proof before it goes to production?
Yes, you will receive a proof within 2-3 days of placing your order. Our policy is to provide a proof and two sets of revisions to get the product ready for production. If further revisions are requested, you will incur an additional minimum charge of $25.each.
