Once your order is taken, our policy is to send you a credit card form to fill out, sign and return. Since all artwork is custom, we require full payment before a proof is sent out. We take Amex, Mastercard, Visa, & Discover.

Since all orders are custom, once we receive your call or email, you will be assigned a marketing expert who will work with you in processing your order

Yes, you will receive a proof within 2-3 days of placing your order. Our policy is to provide a proof and two sets of revisions to get the product ready for production. If further revisions are requested, you will incur an additional minimum charge of $25.each.

Because all of our work is fully custom, deposits are required before any project begins. Custom items cannot be resold or repurposed, so the deposit covers the initial creative and setup work leading up to production. Once the project is completed or moves into production, the deposit amount is applied toward the final balance of your order.

If Create-A-Card, Inc. has created artwork, proofs, or other project materials, a deposit equal to at least 50% of the minimum order value will be charged if the order is placed on hold or not completed. This deposit compensates for time and resources already invested and can be applied to the future completion of the same project, should you decide to proceed later.
